The Rubin Museum of Art presents a weekly meditation for beginners and skilled meditators alike. Each episode is inspired by a work of art from the Museum’s collection and is led by a prominent meditation teacher. This podcast is recorded in front of a live audience at the Museum, and includes an opening talk and a 20-minute meditation session.

Family Sundays are held every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in-person at the Rubin Museum of Art. The program takes place in the Mandala Lab, located on the third floor.
