Chick B could maybe be a Welsummer or a Starlight green egger. Chick C, because of the dark legs, can't be a Welsummer but could be a SGE. Keep in mind that stores that carry chicks are notorious for mixing up the breeds. So you won't know for sure what you have until they grow up.
