R6 battle pass challenges not working

CHALLENGES COME OUT EVERY TUESDAY. Sorry for being blunt, but it's annoying that some of the posts on here are the same thing over and over. I'm having this problem also. I have won well over 5 multiplayer rounds with Flores or the other ops in the challenge, yet it's stuck at 4 out of 5. Other challenges are not updating as well.

If you check your BP/challenge page before and after a match, you'll see that the progress is correctly tracked. Ps4 pleyer here.
