Delbert’s parents were Ollie and Wonnie Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky. Delbert entered glory surrounded by his family on March 24, 2023 at the age of 78. His beloved bride, Marjorie Sue Bailey, proceeded him in death on August 30, 2020.
