I was wondering if using the 100 page document rather than the 300 page doc in conjunction with premed 95s deck and uworld P/S would be enough to score a 129+. I scored a 126 on AAMC FL1 without any P/S review and honestly I'd be happy just incrementing that to a 129 before test day because ...

I would suggest getting OpenStax (free and recommended by AAMC) Psychology and Sociology and having those read out loud. It doesn't take too long on 4-7x., Kaplan is good but incomplete. 300 page doc is the gold standard. If possible read both, if not then read the 300 page. You should be prepared to have some way to memorize the terms.
