I replaced the PCM, but was not able to flash it due to it not receiving any power. The dealer said they think it was the fuse box but they wanted to charge me $1600 and I think that was outrageous.

Power Distribution Center (PDC) The Power Distribution Center is located in the engine compartment, near the battery. This center contains fuse cartridges, mini-fuses, and relays. The top cover of the PDC is labeled with the location, function, and size of each usable fuse/relay. When..., If it is “not equipped”, it should be empty. But if it “is equipped”, I assume the additional 5 amp fuse is in replacement for the one missing. Similarly, the additional 10 amp fuse could relate to any of 3 “if equipped” 10 amp locations with empty fuses on my fusebox (F75, F85 or F87), or could be for something else entirely.
