Irregular shaped gestational sac at 6 weeks

Yesterday was a brilliant surprise as they saw the heartbeat and said I measured between 6-7 weeks but then told me it was slower than should be & the sac was an irregular shape. Basically I have been told to prepare myself for a miscarriage again as the shape can indicate the sac is already collapsing . (will be my 3rd MC in a row).
