How can i reset my acceptance rate on doordash

Now I have a 81% acceptance rate 92% completion rate and 4.82 customer rating. This should not be happening. My ratings are too high for thus and I refuse to deliver low ball orders because I don't work hard to keep up my ratings so I can receive mediocre orders that's bullshit.
